BREAKING NEWS: S&P Downgrades Dozens Of Global Banks

S&P on Tuesday lowered its credit ratings on dozens of large, global banks, including Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. The cuts were widely expected and reflect S&P's revised methodology of rating the banks.
