The probe is to cast a wide net over all institutions. Syria Israel claims 'direct hits' on Syrian artillery The Israeli military has claimed to have fired on Syrian forces, scoring "direct hits." It said was replying to Syrian mortar shelling of the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights. Business Aviation Non-EU airlines off the hook over carbon emission fees The European Commission has said it's willing to put on hold fees that non-EU airlines have had to pay in the framework of a carbon emissions trading scheme.
