Campus A university in North Carolina was briefly under lockdown Friday after a man was spotted carrying a rifle on campus. North Carolina A&T State University's website advised students to stay at home and lock their doors because a man wearing a blue jacket, jeans, a hat, and a white shirt was seen with a gun. Three CA Teens Arrested After Girl's Suicide Three teenage boys were arrested Thursday in California for the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl who committed suicide after photos of the alleged attack were published online. "Based on what we know, she was unconscious. There were multiple boys in the room with her," said attorney Robert Allan, who represents the girl's family. "They did unimaginable things to her." The Santa Clara district attorney's office did not comment on the case, because the suspects are minors. The arrests come in the same week as the world reacted in horror to a similar case involving a Canadian girl who killed herself amid alleged bullying after being raped. Read it at NBC TOO SOON? 5. 'Glee' Depicts School Shooting If you have to ask, it's probably too soon. The Glee episode, titled "Shooting Star," tackled a school shooting, just a few months after the massacre in Newtown, Connecticut. At the fictional McKinley High, the cheerleading coach insisted she felt safer having a gun in school "in light of recent events. I feel more safe with it in my office." Creator Ryan Murphy tweeted last week that he was excited about the episode, calling it "the most powerful, emotional Glee ever."
