Twitter Is Testing A Feature That Will Use Your Location So Companies Can Tweet Promotions At You (Business Insider) Geotargeted tweets are not new for Twitter, but the company will be using more specific location-based data, such as zip codes, in an effort to provide brick and mortar shops with a platform to drive footfall.
