White supremacist Paul Craig Cobb is buying up property in a tiny North Dakota town with plans to transform it into a haven for white nationalists. Currently wanted in Canada on charges of promoting hatred, Cobb has settled in Leith and is using Internet ads and message boards to entice like-minded people to the area. The only problem is that Cobb's neighbors—all 24 of them—aren't having it. People have offered to buy back his properties, and Bobby Harper, the town's one black resident, says he's not going anywhere. According to Cobb, four of his brethren have now acquired land from him, but he's not sure if they're ready to move just yet.
