NBA Bans Sterling for Life NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has banned Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life and fined him $2.5 million for racist remarks he made in a leaked phone message. Silver said the NBA interviewed Sterling and found the voice belonged to him. "The views expressed are deeply offensive and harmful, that they came from an NBA owner only heightens the damage and my anger," Silver said. 'Rambo' Shooter Attacks FedEx Facility Six people were sent to the hospital following a shooting at a FedEx facility in Cobb County, Georgia, early Tuesday morning. A witness said the suspect walked into the FedEx with an assault rifle, knife, and bullets strapped across his chest "like Rambo." Police believe the suspect died from a self-inflicted gunshot. FedEx employee Randy Kitfield said "I looked down hallway and I see somebody run with a gun on the other side of the terminal.
