1. Woody Allen is going to write and direct his first-ever TV series for Amazon. The show will air on Amazon's Prime Instant Video service.

2. Etsy is planning an IPO this quarter. The craft product marketplace may seek to raise around $300 million.

3. Grocery delivery company Instacart is raising $220 million at a $2 billion valuation. The Series C round was led by Kleiner Perkins.
