BREAKING NEWS: Markets Take Late-Session Tumble; Dow Off 165

A research note from Fitch saying Europe's debt crisis poses a "serious risk" to U.S. banks spooked traders and sent the markets tumbling with the closing bell looming minutes away. The Dow is down 165 points, or 1.4%, while broader market indices posted slightly bigger losses on a percent basis.
