BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Sink as Euro Fears Mount; Dow Off 120

Mounting evidence that Europe's debt crisis is striking countries far outside the continent's highly-indebted periphery, combined with a batch of mixed economic and corporate reports, sent stocks sliding on Wednesday morning. The Dow dropped 120 points, or 1%, while broader market indices posted smaller losses on a percent basis.
